The all-in-one
UPA Europe 2008 conference communication tool

Offering agenda, audience response, messaging and other useful services.
The era of the genius designer is no more. People (often still called “end-users”) are heavily involved in the making of new products and services, they co-create them, and want a say in their aesthetic and emotional qualities. Yet, people are also irrational beings and it takes quite a leap to translate our insights into their lives and needs, into successful and appealing products and services. What does usability mean in an era of co-creation? How to make products that people can engage with and that they can even change? If experience design is design for people’s experiences, how can the two components of this – creativity and user analysis – best be married?
You are invited to submit your paper proposal on these - not exclusive – related themes:
- Emotional interfaces
- Graphical attractiveness
- Interaction design
- Co-creation and usability
- The esthetical value and usability
